Nature is all around you in our quiet, country-like neighborhood. Miles of recreational trails are close at hand. Our properties are beautifully landscaped with fragrant flowering crabapple trees, Japanese snowball trees and Korean dwarf lilacs. In addition, the landlord provides a tilled garden area and flowering flats for tenants’ own planting.
Our properties are wired for all of your technological needs. All units have high-tech hookups for digital cable, satellite dish, high-speed Internet access, DSL, and fax. Installation fees for these hookups are paid by the landlord. Wireless (WiFi) networking is coming soon.
There’s no need to worry about maintenance. The landlord provides lawn care, snow removal, sanding during winter, and weekly trash and recyclable pickup. Other regular maintenance procedures include monthly furnace filter replacement, annual dryer vent maintenance and other maintenance checkups.
